My professional voiceover services will be tailored to your project’s needs. I’ll provide you with clear communication, timely delivery and commitment to your satisfaction. Here is a breakdown of my production process:
Step 1
Consultation
Typically, we will start with a conversation by email or phone to discuss your project’s requirements and goals. This is when you convey specific requirements such as the tone, style, and any unique instructions for the voiceover. I can provide you with a small sample as we discuss the details. Next, I’ll provide a quote outlining the cost, turnaround time and any additional services you may wish to include.
Step 2
Recording
Once we agree on the scope of work, I’ll send you an invoice for a portion of the project cost to be paid prior to recording. Next, you can provide me with the script or materials along with any other direction or reference files that may help guide the performance. Then I’ll begin recording and editing your voiceover, ensuring high-quality audio production and providing you with updates along the way.
Step 3
Delivery
Once I have produced and proofed your audio files, I will deliver them to you in the format you have requested. Depending on the project size and platform, this may be provided to you via an email attachment or through a secure link for downloading so you may review the voiceover.
Step 4
Revisions
Following your review, you’ll have the opportunity to provide feedback and request necessary revisions to ensure the voiceover meets your expectations. I will then make the requested changes and deliver the corrected files to you. Typically, I include two rounds of revisions free of charge
