Hi, my name is Carly Landry and I am the artist who will be personally handling your entire order from my shop. Your happiness and satisfaction are very important to me so please, if you have any questions at all, feel free to contact me.

 

Payment:

All payment is safely and securely processed through Paypal. You can use a credit card to submit payment via Paypal even if you don’t have an existing Paypal account.

Shipping:

Domestic Shipping within the USA: I ship exclusively through U.S.P.S. All orders are sent via U.S. first class mail unless otherwise stated in the item description.
International Shipping: International shipping delivery times may vary and can take between 2 and 12 weeks. Unfortunately, I cannot be held responsible for customs delays or fees incurred by customs for international orders as these do occasionally happen and are beyond my control.

  • How long will it take to ship my order?

    Once you have placed your order on carlylandry.com, it can take me from 1 – 2 business to process and ship your order. You will receive an email with your tracking information through Paypal as soon as your order is in the hands of the postal carrier. I always aim for getting your order out the door and on it’s way to you on the same day the order was placed.

     

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Once the item is in the hands of the postal carrier, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of the postal service.

     

     

Refunds and Exchanges:

Customer satisfaction is extremely important to me and I am always quick to answer messages, emails and calls. If you are at all unhappy with your purchase from me or if it arrives to you in unsatisfactory condition, please contact me and let me know right away so that we can work out a solution.

 

  • 3 Day policy: I offer refunds or exchanges for 3 days following delivery confirmation through Paypal, so please contact me promptly if there is any issue with your order. All exchanges and returns must be shipped backed to me at customer expense before a refund or exchange can be issued.

 

  • Delivery damages or orders lost via delivery: Each order is shipped with delivery insurance and tracking information which can be monitored at USPS.com. In the very rare case of orders that are damaged or lost by the postal service, either a refund or replacement will be issued.
